Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your PassOn account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Here's how.

Delete in the app (quickest)

1. Open the PassOn app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed straight away — this can't be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email support@passonmarket.co.uk from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, avatar, bio, settings).
• Your listings, photos, drafts, saved searches and favourites.
• Your posts, comments, reviews and messages.
• Saved addresses, pick-up points and payout connection.

What we may keep, and for how long

We remove your personal data, but a limited amount of information may be retained where the law requires it or to protect other users, for example:

• Transaction and tax records (orders, payouts, invoices) — kept for the period required by UK tax and accounting law, then deleted.
• Fraud, safety and moderation records — kept only as long as needed to keep the marketplace safe.
• Records our payment provider (Stripe) must keep for their own legal obligations.

Retained records are minimised and access-restricted, and deleted once the legal basis for keeping them ends. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
